Bess Shipside


Bess offers varied, challenging and creative sequences on hatha vinyasa style for all levels delivered with vibrant, articulate queues and assisted by an eclectic soundtrack. There is a strong focus on easy-going breath led movement, finding your comfortable, unique alignment and building intuition through curiosity. Strength and flexibility is balanced throughout the body, calming the mind and helping you to build a sustainable and nourishing yoga practice. Bess originally trained  in Sivananda Yoga in 2010 and is continuing her studies in movement based Strala Yoga, Mandala vinyasa flow and Yin.
