CLASS ETIQUETTE  & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Classes must be cancelled 1 hour before the start of class or you will be charged for the class. This is to allow other people to join the class.
  • Mums & Babies classes need to be cancelled 10 minutes before the start of class or you will be charged for the class.
  • Late entry is at discretion of the teacher.
  • Late Cancellations / No Shows for members / people on the intro offer or class passes: Two no shows or late cancellations in a month and you lose advanced booking privileges for the following month.

FOR MEMBERSHIPS:

The important things for you to know are:

  • We take payment for the first month by card, pro rata when you join. You are then committed to pay for three more months by autopay on the same card..

  • Autopay payments are taken around the first of the month.

  • You cannot cancel your membership in the first three months

  • Your membership automatically renews every month unless we receive written notice. We need 1 calendar month notice to cancel your membership. Memberships can only be cancelled from the following month.

  • It is your responsibility to cancel your autopay payment with your bank.

  • You are allowed a maximum of two freezes, each lasting 1 month, in any 12 month period. Any freezes requested during the first three months, will prolong that minimum period.
