Ellen discovered Pilates by accident while on a surfing holiday in Spain. She loved the logical approach to movement and the challenging nature of the classes. When she got back home to London, she started taking regular Body Control Pilates classes and went on to do her teacher training with BCP.
Ellen describes her classes: “My aim with my classes is for you to feel better when you leave than when you arrived. I want everyone to feel welcome. My classes are fun and relaxed but with some hard work in there too! I focus on the ABCs of Pilates: alignment, breathing and centring.”
