KRISTIN CRENSHAW


Kristin completed her 200-hour training with Yoga London after discovering her love of yoga nearly 10 years prior. Kristin teaches varied vinyasa classes; her favorites combine energizing sequences with nurturing slow flows and focus on the breath.

Kristin seeks to help her students feel healthy and grounded while also cultivating a peaceful connection between body, mind, & surroundings.

Originally from the United States, Kristin moved to Hackney after meeting her fiancé in 2012. Having done an M.Sc. in Mental Health Counselling,  Kristin has always had a strong interest in wellness and believes yoga to be a major proponent of daily physical and mental health.
