Lara Ozturk


Lara came to massage through a long time interest in the subject and, once she began her course at Bodyology School of Massage, she knew it was the right journey for her. She qualified in 2015 with an NVQ Level 4 qualification in Holistic Massage, Anatomy, Pathology and Physiology; accredited by the Massage Training Institute (MTI). She continued to develop her practice with Diplomas in Hot and Cold Stone Therapy and Warm Bamboo Therapy accredited with Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). Lara is currently studying a Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy with the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM).
She has worked at numerous charities across London offering treatments and advice, most notably setting up a Massage and Wellbeing day with Depression Alliance.
Lara takes a pragmatic approach to treatment, dealing with each client as an individual. She is passionate about providing all her clients the utmost quality of care as well as offering a calming and nurturing space to heal and recover. She takes her time in giving each client a detailed aftercare to ensure the treatment is effective and lasting.
Lara is a full member of the Massage Training Institute (MTI) and the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (ISRM).
