Natasha is an artist and a yoga teacher and believes in finding the balance in yoga and our physical bodies is the key to finding a harmony which can shine through into the rest of our lives. She incorporates Ayurvedic thought and philosophy into her teachings along with aspects of Thai massage. Her classes are grounding and strong, yet energetic to cater for all the different constitutional types. She also incorporates mantra, breathing exercises and Sufi poetry. Yoga is a gift and Natasha feels blessed to be able to share it!
