Natasha Weinberg


Natasha‘s mixes her training in Thai Yoga Massage and Traditional Hatha yoga to bring together a class which is focused on balancing and releasing. With a strong emphasis on meditation and grounding one’s self in the present, this class aims to realign our body bringing us back to our true balance.
