Use of personal information
We will use your personal information necessary for us to provide our services to you. We do not share any information with unrelated third parties nor do we collect or retain any information other than as required for the provision of our products or services. Information collected will be stored securely and securely destroyed if it is no longer required by The Well Garden and will be removed from our system 3 years after your last visit to The Well Garden
The lawful basis under which we hold and use your information is legitimate interests i.e obtained for the following purposes;
-Administer your accounts and subscriptions with us;
-Process orders, payments or applications submitted by you;
– Booking treatments
-Customise the service we provide to you;
-Administrate or otherwise carry out our obligations in relation to any agreement you have with us including any subscription to our service;
-Verify your identity (for example, in the event you are a competition winner);
-Anticipate and resolve problems with any services supplied to you;
-Carry out market research and tracking of sales data;
-Send you information about our services (if you have chosen to receive such information).

What information we collect:

The personal data that we obtain from you as part of your registration process includes names, contact details and when necessary, financial details. We also ask for optional additional data such as date of birth, reason for visiting etc in order to tailor our services to you. We may ask you for this information through our online booking software, Mind Body, or via one of our telephone operators or when you visit our studio. Certain information is collected automatically, as described later in this Privacy Policy.
Although we do not make it compulsory to give us every item of information we ask for, the more information you volunteer (and the more accurate it is), the better we can tailor our services for you.


MindBody Online
The Well garden makes use of third party software to manage bookings, such as MindBody Online. Mindbody Online stores all data in servers and backup servers located in the United States. MINDBODY has Privacy Shield certification which complies with GDPR regulations related to transferring data outside of the EU. Third parties
Where we engage third party contractors (e.g. teachers) to perform services for us, those third party contractors may be required to handle your personal information.
Therapists that treat clients within the Well Garden premises are not directly employed by The Well Garden. Therapists rent the treatment facilities from The Well Garden in order to operate their business. The Well Garden may share information such as name and contact details, with the Therapists for the purposes of booking appointments on the client’s behalf.  Therapists are responsible for their own private policies and practices. Any sensitive data shared with the therapist during a treatment is not shared with, or processed by, The Well Garden.
Under these circumstances, those third party contractors  must safeguard this information and must only use it for the purposes for which it was supplied, although we are not responsible for ensuring this. Other than the above, we will not disclose your personal information without your consent unless disclosure is either necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, authorised or required by law, reasonably necessary to enforce the law or necessary to investigate a suspected unlawful activity.

Security of information
Personal information collected by The Well Garden and our website is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. The Well Garden will protect your personal information no matter where we process or store your data.


Log files/IP addresses
When you visit our site, we may automatically log your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet) which is automatically recognised by our web server. We use IP addresses to help us administer the Site and to collect broad demographic information for aggregate use.


Non-personal information
We may automatically collect non-personal information about you such as the type of internet browsers you use or the site from which you linked to our Sites. You cannot be identified from this information and it is only used to assist us in providing an effective service on our Sites. We may from time to time supply the owners or operators of third party sites from which it is possible to link to our Sites with information relating to the number of users linking to our Sites from their sites. You cannot be identified from this information.
