Ali Gunning

 

Piriamvada (Ali) is an advanced Akhanda yoga teacher, yoga therapist and gong practitioner. She combines strong asana (postures) with pranayama, philosophy, mantra, sound-work and meditation. A weekly theme threads together these techniques, so no two weeks are the same. She describes her yoga classes as authentic, energising and joyful: balancing strength & flexibility; our sun-moon energies; the dynamic with stillness, to draw us closer to wholeness.
