Ariadne is a yoga teacher, certified psychological coach and mental health professional. She has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2002 and has extensive experience in the NHS working with people with anxiety, stress, depression and addictions. Ariadne’s teaching style is open and compassionate, focusing on alignment and body awareness, building strength and flexibility through creative and fun sequences. She combines her knowledge of yogic practices with mindfulness and her experience in Psychology to help people feel present, calm and grounded. Ariadne is passionate about empowering her students to manage everyday anxiety and bring intention and balance in their life.
