It is an exciting time for The Well Garden, we can't wait for all of our exciting plans to unfold in the months to come! We are in the midst of fleshing out our schedule and look forward to sharing the diverse selection of classes we'll be adding very soon!

We will be operating under the below health and safety guidelines until further notice: 

We ask that you kindly wear a mask in all communal areas, unless exempt. 

Pre-registration on Mindbody is  required for classes and directly with and teachers for one to ones.

Our class capacity will be increasing to 15 attendants for some classes, 40% below full capacity. 

Our changing room is closed.

We encourage you to bring your own mats and props, though props can be provided for specific classes e.g pregnancy yoga, baby massage, sound meditation.

We will maintain the "No Adjustments" rule for now and review it in September. 

We will keep our cleaning standards and sanitisation unaltered, all rooms will remain well ventilated, as well as spacing between classes.

Social distancing and a mindful structure of movement within the building will also be in place. 

We will remain flexible to address individual requests keeping our entire community in mind. 

We aim to continue to provide you with a safe space and a high standard of wellness practices whilst taking baby steps to minimise risk with ongoing review.
