Candice is a yoga teacher who is passionate about supporting people in finding their own yogic movement pattern. She trained at the oldest organised yoga school, The Yoga Institute in Mumbai where she lived for 3-months, fully immersing herself into the yogic way of life.
Candice’s teaching style is friendly and nurturing, encouraging her students to explore their bodies whilst moving effortlessly with the breath. Candice predominately teachers Soft Vinyasa, where time can be taken to move in a way that releases tension, nourishes the body and quietens the mind.
For Candice, the goal of yoga is slowing down and connecting to oneself.
