Ebba discovered yoga backpacking through India and been practicing and teaching for over 10 years. With 550 hours teacher trainings and many workshops/retreats she is a dedicated teacher always seeking new knowledge and making her classes deep and knowledgeable. Her characteristics as a teacher is linking breath and movement to in a graceful way strengthening and opening the body. Meditation and pranayama is also an important part of her classes. After having her son Wolf she’s taken a path into women’s health and teach pre/postnatal, womb healing and mum & baby Yoga.
