Frankie teaches a fluid and evolving practice which challenges and nurtures. She has practiced a huge amount of yoga since discovering it in 1997 starting with Iyenger and studying Ashtanga, Sivananda, Vinyasa Krama and eventually the deeply creative and intelligent practice inspired by Vanda Scaravelli. Her classes are infused with warmth, encouragement and a deep understanding of the postures, practices and philosophy of Yoga. Frankie started teaching in 2008 and since 2011 Frankie has also been teaching pregnancy and post-natal yoga classes, inspired by her own pregnancy and the birth of her son. She is also currently a student of Body-Mind Centring.

Yoga Foundations with Frankie:

A weekly opportunity to look more deeply at some of the principles applied in yoga; physiological, psychological and the energetics.
This is a lab style class but with an emphasis on practice.
Open for every single body. Great for teacher trainees to go deeper into their practice and equally great for beginners.
