Hannah Verghese

After almost a decade of working with people experiencing chronic mental and physical health conditions, Hannah’s path led her to yoga and Thai yoga massage.  Playful and creative, Hannah’s teaching style is an expression of her own ever-evolving exploration of yoga, meditation, bodywork and her background in martial arts.  You can expect a movement focused class, incorporating breath work and meditation to help build greater mind body awareness.

Vinyasa Flow with Hannah:
