Helena trained as a dancer until the age of 17 and has always had an interest in movement. She was first introduced to Yoga whilst recovering from a serious knee injury in 2013. Continuing her practice she completed her training with Frog Lotus International in Spain. Helena teaches a slow, mindful vinyasa flow. Her steady pace helps to build awareness through movement, encouraging students to explore their practice with curiosity.
