Helena first started Yoga whilst recovering from a serious knee injury which taught her very quickly to listen to her body. Helena trained with Frog Lotus International and has other influences from softer approaches to movement.

Having always been interested in new ways to move and with a background in dance, Helena’s classes are a balance between embodied anatomy and functional movement. Helena encourages students to explore their practice with curiosity and build awareness through movement. There is always time in her classes to pause and breathe which leaves you feeling calm and relaxed.
