Helen Wadge

Helen’s passion is mindful, creative, intuitive movement that unites the body, mind and soul. She creates a space where people can connect inwards, connect to the breath and explore being present in their bodies. Classes are thoughtfully and imaginatively sequenced, playfully encouraging practitioners to be develop an embodied practice, where breath and energy flows. With a background in Contemporary dance Helen completed her 200hr YTT with Stretch London in 2017 and has since trained in ‘Embodied Anatomy’ with Mollie McClelland Morris and Chakra Mandala Vinyasa with The Yoga People.
