After practicing yoga for some time, 5 years ago Ian decided to devote his time to helping others discover the joys of yoga. He has taken further Yin training with Sarah Powers and Ashtanga training with Richard Freeman. He currently teaches Ashtanga or Ashtanga inspired Vinyasa yoga as well as Yin in what he hopes is a simple and direct style with plenty of space for mindful practice.
