Juliet teaches a spacious flow — allowing time to feel, explore and be. An antidote to the day-to-day demands of London life, Juliet’s classes encourage you to be in your body and always move mindfully with your breath. She invites you to find autonomy on the mat, resting when you need and challenging yourself when you can. Juliet discovered the profound physical and mental benefits of yoga as a teenager, she built up a regular practice during her twenties and then in 2016, at the age of thirty, trained in 200-hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Frog Lotus Yoga International.
