Luciane was born and graduated as a Physiotherapist and Osteopath in Brazil, before moving to London in 2016, where she completed a bachelor’s degree in Osteopathy at London School of Osteopathy (LSO).
For Luciane, Osteopathy is a treatment that sees the whole person and not just a patient with pain; her practise takes a whole-person approach to health with each treatment tailored to give personalised improvement.
Teamwork is at the heart of her treatments with the patient having a fundamental part; Luciane believes that guidance and education in health makes the patient active in their own recovery, helping in the pain management process.
Luciane also works as a Clinical Tutor at the University College of Osteopathy (UCO), formerly known by the British School of Osteopathy (BSO). She is currently studying for a Master’s degree in pain.
