Marta’s love for yoga began in 2011 when she living and working as a dancer in Scotland. She started to attend daily Mysore and guided ashtanga classes in Glasgow with Rosina Bonsu, who continues to be one of her treasured teachers today and a constant source of wisdom and inspiration.
At first, she attended class for the physical benefits but soon became aware of its healing property, where body and mind find harmony through mindfulness in movement.
While working in Australia as a dancer, in 2016 she decided the time was right to complete her first 200h teacher training and graduated from Byron Yoga Centre in New South Wales. In 2020 she travelled to Thailand to complete another 100h training with Annie Au in Yin yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Marta’s vinyasa classes are dynamic and invigorating, with attention to alignment and sensitive adjustments.
