Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils for therapeutic benefit. Massage is a popular way to benefit from an essential oil blend. Following a consultation, a bespoke blend of essential oils will be chosen to meet individual client outcomes.

An aromatherapy massage can be deeply relaxing, release tension, help improve sleep and increase a feeling of wellbeing

AYURVEDIC HEAD, NECK & SHOULDER MASSAGE

Specialist head, neck, shoulder and upper back massage originated as part of ancient India’s Ayurvedic medicine. Ayurvedic techniques in massage are beneficial for relieving tension and stress, and allow for a time of relaxation and rejuvenation

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage targets the lower layers of muscle and connective tissue. Firm pressure is used to work into deeply held tension and address musculoskeletal issues, chronic pain and sports injuries. A treatment could aim to improve circulation and increase range of movement, as well as relieve pain and inflammation.

Holistic Massage

Holistic massage means treating the ‘whole’ of the individual –  mind, body & spirit. Treatments, which are tailored to address individual client needs, aim to ease physical tension and enhance general wellbeing.

Pregnancy massage

Pregnancy is a time of great change physically, emotionally and mentally. Pregnancy massage can help support the changes that occur during pregnancy, including easing muscular tension, aiding sleep and bringing about a feeling of relaxation and wellbeing.

Postnatal massage can help support physical and emotional wellbeing following birth and the first few months of parenthood.  All treatments are tailored to the individual client and their specific needs

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage, which was developed by Swedish physiologist Henri Peter Ling in 1812, is the foundation for other types of Western massage including sports, deep tissue and aromatherapy. Benefits may include easing physical tension, improving circulation and to bring about a feeling of wellbeing.
