We ask that you kindly still wear a mask in all communal areas and for close contact therapies, unless exempt. 

Please register directly with your Therapist.

Our changing room is closed until further notice.

We will keep our cleaning standards and sanitisation unaltered, all rooms will remain well ventilated, as well as spacing between treatments.

We provide all our treatments rooms with disposable materials, antiviral products, sanitising products for all touch points, and hand sanitisers.  

Social distancing and a mindful structure of movement within the building will also be in place. 

We will remain flexible to address individual requests keeping our entire community in mind. 

Please arrive on time for your appointment and wait outside the studio for your therapist. Don’t worry if the door is locked or they aren’t at reception, they’ll be right down.

Please take this moment to use the handsantiser next to the entrance.

Please take your belongings up to the treatment room with you.

After your treatment:

You will pay the therapist directly. 
Once you are ready to go, your therapist will show the exit via the side door.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please do let us know if you cannot make your appointment. Please note, we operate a strict 24hr cancellation policy on behalf of our therapists. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee. If you do cancel an appointment without giving us 24 hours notice, we may ask you to pay for all appointments in advance.
