Treatment Appointment Cancellation Policy
Please contact your therapist directly to cancel or amend an appointment
As small business owners, most therapists operate a strict 24hr cancellation policy. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you may be charged the full appointment fee. Please familiarise yourself with your therapist’s cancellation policy at the time of booking. Payment and other issues concerning therapy sessions should be brought up with the individual practitioner.
