The Well Garden Safety protocol

What we’re doing to keep Staff and Clients safe.
Please find below a general outline of our Covid protocol to keep our staff and clients safe.

Pre Booking & Card payments only:
All appointments must be pre-booked. Treatments paid by card to therapist. No cash. Walk-ins and last minute bookings are discouraged.

Temperature & Health checks:
All staff will have their temperature checked upon arrival and recorded, and all clients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and have a temperature check upon arrival.

PPE:
We are kindly asking all staff, therapists and clients to wear a mask at all times.
Therapists will be wearing any additional PPE as advised by their governing body during treatments.We will be providing disposable one use face masks, gloves and aprons for staff, therapists and teachers.

Hand cleaning:
We have hand sanitisers at all touch points for visitors and all therapists, teachers and staff will be regularly washing and sanitising their hands, especially before and after each treatment/class.

Vigorous Cleaning and airing:
We are conducting regular and thorough cleaning in all common areas throughout the day by a cleaning company.
Appointments will be spaced out to allow for disinfecting and airing of each room between treatments.
Therapists will be disinfecting all touch points between each appointment and at the end of their last appointment.
The whole centre has a deep clean each morning.

Track & Trace / Registration:
All clients must scan the NHS QR code upon arrival for the government track and trace scheme. All practitioners will keep your data available for The Well Garden to be able to reach you if we have anything COVID-19 related.

Social Distance:
We have reduced the capacity allowed in the building – we are allowed 14 at one time, including all staff, therapists and teachers.
Appointments are staggered to avoid crossovers in reception and narrow corridors.
Operating one person at a time in reception. There will be makers on the floor outside the reception for clients to wait.
We have put in place a one-way system in and out of the building to minimize people crossing paths. Everyone will enter through reception and exit via the side fire exit door at the bottom of the yoga studio stairs (this will be signposted)

In the treatment rooms:
We have stopped using bed linens in favour of paper ones which can be changed after every client and have made sure all surfaces are those that can be wiped down easily.
