Our Safety Protocol
What we’re doing to keep you safe

We’re committed to ensuring our Well Garden community is kept safe while enjoying our classes and treatments. So we are following government guidelines and have made some changes to how we do things and put some new systems in place.

Here’s what we’re doing to keep you safe and a few things we can’t do for the moment.

You can also downloaded a handy PDF version HERE

Prebooking & Card only:
All appointments must be pre-booked and yoga classes must be prepaid. Treatments paid by card to therapist

Temperature & Health checks:
Our staff will have their temperature checked daily, and all clients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and have a temperature check upon arrival.

PPE:
We are kindly asking all staff and clients to wear a mask (apart from on the mat when you are welcome to remove it) and therapists will be wearing the recommended PPE as advised by their governing body during treatments,

Hand cleaning:
We have hand sanitiser at all touch points for visitors and all therapists, teachers and staff will be regularly washing and sanitising their hands, especially before and after each treatment/class.

Vigorous Cleaning and airing:
We are conducting regular and thorough cleaning in all common areas throughout the day, and spacing out appointments and classes to allow for disinfecting and airing of each room between treatments.

The whole centre has a deep clean each morning

Keeping the distance:
We have reduced the capacity allowed in the building and in Yoga classes at one time and are staggering appointments and classes to allow for social distancing

We have put in place a one way system in and out of the building.

The changing area has been removed so yoga students must arrive ready for class. The toilet is still open.

In the treatment rooms:
We have stopped using bed linens in favour of paper ones which can be changed after every client and have made sure all surfaces are those that can be wiped down easily.

In the Yoga studio:
We have marked the mat placements on the studio floor and removed all props.
Students will be required to bring their own mats.

For the moment, we are not able to….

…..Give you a big hug or a hand shake. An elbow bump is our preferred way for saying hello!

……Gather in reception. We need to keep it clear, so just one
at a time please
….. we do not have a changing area, so arrive ready for class. Your therapist will give you time to get ready in the room before your treatment.

… We are unable to provide any blankets or coverings at the moment, please bring a blanket with you. The window will be open to air the room, so we do recommend bringing something.

…..And we are not offering any beverages, so bring a bottle of water with you as you need to rehydrate after your treatment or class

We look forward to welcoming you soon!
